Issue 3: It’s Official—the RWA Pressure Valve Has Opened

Institutional demand surges while quiet shifts reshape RWAs landscape.

Issue 3: It’s Official—the RWA Pressure Valve Has Opened

You can feel it in the air.

July’s CPI didn’t set off fireworks, but it let just enough pressure out of the system to loosen the grip on capital.

You see it in how money’s moving — drifting toward real-world assets where the pipes are getting stronger, adoption’s picking up speed, and the rails for tokenized value are actually starting to hold weight.

We had an interesting CPI (Consumer Price Index) report this week.

This is a metric the Fed uses to determine the overall change in inflation using a “basket” of goods that consumers typically spend on. CPI came in at 2.7% year-over-year, just shy of forecasts — enough to give the market a small sigh of relief.

Core CPI ticked up to 3.1%, the biggest gain in months, so the heat’s not gone.

But stocks liked it, and the odds of a September Fed cut jumped north of 90%.

This wasn’t some “ring the bell” moment.

It’s more like that quiet click of a valve turning — you don’t see anything explode, but you know something underneath just shifted.

RWAs are catching that shift.

The smart money knows the infrastructure race is on.

And whoever owns the settlement rails will shape how deals get done for years.

Rates and inflation are still in the room, but the texture of capital is changing.

Less frantic.

More deliberate.

And that’s usually when the best deals get made.

On that note, a bunch of you have been asking about the next Deal Box Innovation Forum.

We’ve done three over the years — flying in issuers, sitting them down with accredited investors on our 506c Reg D platform, and mixing in keynote conversations that go deep on RWAs, institutional crypto, private equity, and venture capital.

With where things are right now, feels like the perfect time to do it again. (see poll below👇)

ETFs and Institutions Push Crypto Into New Phase

Issue Three: It’s Official—the RWA Pressure Valve Has Opened

Watch the Video

ETF flows and institutional buying aren’t just lifting prices, they’re locking crypto deeper into the capital stack. For accredited investors, it means this cycle is being built on structural demand, not hype, creating more durable entry points and better long term positioning.

Why it’s a top read this week:

Amid a flood of headlines, few developments carry the weight of lasting structural change. This is one of them.

BitMine Targets $20B ETH Play

Learn More

BitMine Immersion Technologies plans to raise $20B through an at-the-market equity offering to expand one of the largest public Ethereum treasuries. Already holding 1.15M ETH (5% of supply), it’s betting Ethereum’s settlement layer is undervalued and aiming to cement its position as the dominant ETH treasury in public markets.

Why it’s a top read this week:

A raise of this size in ETH signals growing institutional conviction in on-chain settlement — a move that could reshape how large-scale capital treats crypto treasuries.
