  • Invested over $4M in private capital into R&D and productization

Where does the $25M Series A go?

ONVI’s $25M raise is structured around three execution tracks:

  1. Full-Ecosystem Commercialization – national rollout of MOTSY, Prophix Core, and Flosser Pro through retail and DTC channels
  2. Software & Data-Platform Scale – deployment of ONView™, the SaaS infrastructure powering remote diagnostics and telehealth reimbursement
  3. Subscription & Diagnostic-Revenue Growth – launch of behavioral overlays, subscription packs, and usage-based data-monetization models

This is not a concept-stage raise. The company is now transitioning from capital-efficient engineering to scaled execution across enterprise, clinical, and consumer environments.

Why did we package ONVI?

At Deal Box, we operate a selective advisory model designed to allocate our time and resources to companies where the signal-to-noise ratio is unusually high.

ONVI met that threshold.
